We want you to feel confident when ordering from us. Because our products are Designed, fulfilled, and shipped by world-famous designers and manufacturers, our return and refund process follows their policies.


Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.





1. Order Cancellations



  • Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.






2. Eligibility for Returns or Refunds



We offer returns or refunds only under the following conditions:


  • The product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The item is significantly different from the description on our website.
  • The package was lost in transit and verified by the shipping carrier.



Returns for change of mind, wrong size, or personal preference are not accepted, as products are custom-fulfilled per order.





3. Return Request Process



If you received a defective or incorrect item:


  1. Contact our support team at askladiescollection@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, photo or video evidence of the issue, and a short description.
  3. Our team will verify your claim.
  4. If approved, we’ll send you the return instructions. 



⚠️ Do not send items back without approval — unauthorized returns will not be processed.





4. Return Shipping



  • For defective or incorrect items, return shipping costs are covered by us or our supplier.
  • For non-defective items (e.g., wrong size ordered), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Please note that returns to overseas warehouse may take several weeks due to international shipping.






5. Refunds



Once your return is received and inspected by our supplier:


  • You’ll be notified of the refund status within 5–10 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • If applicable, you may request a replacement or store credit instead.



Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.





6. Non-Returnable Items



For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:


  • Intimate apparel (e.g., underwear, swimwear, shapewear)
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Personalized or custom-made products






7. Lost or Delayed Orders



If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time:


  • Contact us, and we’ll open a dispute with our supplier to confirm the status.
  • Once the order is verified as lost, a full refund or replacement will be issued.
